Abstract

Az iskolák teljesítményét sokféle módon mérik egy tanéven belül. Ez történhet a tanulók által kitöltött feladatalappal, vagy a versenyeken elért eredményükkel, esetleg a továbbtanulási mutatóval. Jelen cikk azt a célt tűzte ki maga elé, hogy egy konkrét iskola 2017–2022 közötti időszakára vonatkoztatott kompetencia teszt eredményeit és javaslatot tesz arra, hogy ezen eredmények milyen közép- hosszú távú következtetéseket jelenthetnek az intézmény számára. Tárgyalásra kerül a kompetencia fogalma, fajtái, az EU és a NAT által meghatározott kulcskompetenciák, valamint a kompetenciamérés eredményeként született jelentés. School performance is measured in many different ways within a school year. This may be through the questionnaires that pupils complete, or their results in competitions, or even through the further learning indicator. The aim of this article is to present the results of a competency test for a specific school for the period 2017–2022 and to suggest what medium- to longterm implications these results might have for the institution. It will discuss the concept of competence, its types, the key competences defined by the EU and the NAT, and the report resulting from the measurement of competences. At the end of the article, the author concludes that these results should determine the functioning of the institution in the case of small schools.
