Abstract

A szellemi tulajdon joga a tevékeny, alkotó ember, a természetes személy, jogait védelmezi. Az emberi önkifejezés és innováció egyidős az emberiséggel. A 21. századi jogalkotás és -alkalmazás nehezen tart lépést az innováció eddig soha nem látott megnyilvánulásaival. Magyarországon az innovációval kapcsolatos szabályozás legfontosabb jogforrása a tudományos kutatásról, fejlesztésről és innovációról szóló 2014. évi LXXVI. törvény. A tanulmány bemutatja az innováció jogi szabályozásával szemben megmutatkozó kihívások és a Szellemi Tulajdon Nemzeti Hivatala adatbázisában végzett adatgyűjtés eredményei alapján a hazai elektromobilitási innováció legújabb eredményeit. Intellectual property rights protect the rights of the active, creative person, the natural person. Human self-expression and innovation are as old as humanity. Legislation and enforcement in the 21st century have difficulty keeping up with the unprecedented manifestations of innovation. In Hungary, the most important legal source for regulation related to innovation is the Act LXXVI of 2014 on scientific research, development and innovation. The paper presents the challenges facing the legal regulation of innovation as well as the latest results of domestic electromobility innovation based on the results of data collection in the database of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.
