Abstract

Napjaink menedzsmentje számára elengedhetetlen, hogy pontosan előre lássa a jövőt, és azt, hogy a változások hogyan fogják befolyásolni a vállalkozások eredményességét. Az üzleti környezetben bekövetkező változások felismerése nélkül a szervezeti stratégiák nem lehetnek proaktívak, és ebből kifolyólag megvalósításuk sokkal magasabb költségekkel is járhat. Tekintettel a mai munkahelyeken és a munkaerőpiacon bekövetkező felgyorsult változásokra, minden HR-vezetőnek, aki stratégiai támogatást kíván nyújtani, a jövőbe kell tekintenie pontosabban, mint valaha. Ez nem könnyű feladat. Üveggömb sem létezik, továbbá a soha nem látott mértékű, felgyorsult fejlődés, amit a digitalizáció, automatizálás, a mesterséges intelligencia és a robotok elterjedése generál, hatással bír a munkaerőpiacra is és teljesen átrendezheti a foglalkoztatási viszonyokat. For Management as a profession, it is essential to accurately anticipate the future and how these changes may affect its effectiveness. In the business environment to identify and accurately plan changes in the business environment, coping with these changes will be difficult. Strategies cannot be proactive only reactive moreover they can be much more costly. Given the accelerated pace of change in today's workplace and labour market, any HR leaders who want to provide strategic support need to pay attention to the future more accurately than ever before. This is not a piece of cake. There is no such thing as a glass globe and the unprecedented acceleration of digitalisation, automation, artificial intelligence and the proliferation of robots will also bring significant changes in the field of employment.
