Abstract

Az emberiség az ezredforduló táján új korszakba lépett, az ipari társadalomból a tudásalapú társadalom és gazdaság korszakába. A digitalizáció és a technológiai forradalom a globalizálódó világunkban a társadalom és a gazdaság minden szféráját átalakítja egyre fokozódó mértékben, így az oktatást is. A kihívásokra világszerte fogalmazódnak meg a válaszok, cselekvési tervek, stratégiák formájában. A COVID–19 előhozta a hiányosságokat, de fel is gyorsította a digitális átalakulás folyamatát. Ma már jól látható, hogy a digitális korszak kihívásaira a hagyományos felsőoktatási modell nem tud megfelelő, kellően hatékony választ adni. Szükségszerűvé válik a tanulásszervezési modellváltás. Az előadások anyaga döntően az online térbe kerül át, oly módon feldolgozva, hogy a gyakorlatra (labor, konzultáció) felkészülten érkező hallgatóság elmélyült tanulást valósíthat meg. A tanulási tevékenység a 21. században alapvetően a digitális tanulási környezetben zajlik. A tanulás, a tudásszerzés folyamat elemei: információ keresése, elérése (nyitottság, érdeklődés, önmotiváció); információk szűrése, értékelése (kritikai gondolkodás); információk tárolása (rendszerezés); információk előhívása; információk alkalmazása, átalakítása, új létrehozása (kreativitás, innováció); információk átadása, megosztása (kommunikációs képeség, együttműködés). Fontos megjegyeznünk, hogy a digitális tanulási környezet, minden technológiai eszköz ugyan nélkülözhetetlen feltétele a korszerű oktatási rendszernek, de továbbra is a lényeg a tanár és a tanuló/hallgató tevékenységén, pedagógiai-módszertani tudatosságán van. Around the turn of the millennium, humanity entered a new era, from an industrial society to an era of a knowledge-based society and economy. In our globalizing world, digitalisation and the technological revolution are transforming all spheres of society and the economy to an increasing extent, including education. Challenges to challenges are articulated worldwide in the form of action plans and strategies. COVID–19 highlighted the shortcomings, but also accelerated the process of digital transformation. It is now clear that the traditional higher education model cannot provide an adequate, sufficiently effective response to the challenges of the digital age. A change in the model of learning organization becomes necessary. The material of the lectures is mainly transferred to the online space, processed in such a way that the audience, prepared for the practice (laboratory, consultation), can implement in-depth learning. Learning activities in the 21st century are essentially taking place in a digital learning environment. Elements of the learning, knowledge acquisition process: searching for and accessing information (openness, interest, self-motivation); filtering and evaluating information (critical thinking); storage of information (systematization); retrieval of information; application, transformation, creation of new information (creativity, innovation); transfer and sharing of information (communication skills, cooperation). It is important to note that the digital learning environment, although all technological tools are an indispensable condition for a modern education system, but the essence is still the activity and pedagogical-methodological awareness of the teacher and the pupil / student.
