Abstract

A cikk célja egy előrejelző rendszer elkészítéséhez szükséges háttér-infrastruktúra meghatározása. Az előrejelző rendszernek az OTP Bank Nyrt. személyikölcsön-igénylések beérkezési volumenére vonatkozó becslést kell adnia. A modellnek képesnek kell lennie legalább egy héttel előre, félórás bontásban megjósolnia a beérkező igénylések darabszámát, melynek alapján beosztástervezés készíthető (optimalizálva a munkaerőforrást), csökkenthető a működési költség, valamint növelhető az ügyfélelégedettség. Jelen cikkben az előrejelzést lehetővé tevő informatikai rendszer kerül bemutatásra. The target of this article that to define a back-end infrastructure for a predictive modelling system. This kind of predictive modelling system needs to take estimate for the incoming volume of personal loan of OTP Bank PLC. The model needs to do estimation by thirty minutes periodically interval for the incoming values at least one week advance whereby it possible to define a distribution of work time plan (optimize the source of labour), reducible the operation costs and increasable the consumer satisfaction too. In this article the IT infrastructure for predictive modelling is introduced.
