Abstract

In this paper, we describe the commissioning and testing experiences and results of an electric motor test bench designed with the involvement of industry experts within the framework of TKP2020. The test bench is suitable for testing electric motors at a speed up to 10,000 revolutions per minute and a maximum torque of 140Nm, within a power limit of 28kW. Both synchronous and asynchronous motors can be tested and the mechanical structure enables quick motor change. During the testing, we validated the measuring system, created test programs and also a running program, which can be used to ensure the controlled achievement of operating conditions.
