Abstract

The analysis of the organizational culture – since the beginning of its investigation – is a pretty popular topic. It testifies the surprisingly high number of the articles in national and international literature. Adapted to the threads of the test subjects the purpose of this study is to analyze the cultural characteristics of an organization to uncover the influence of culture perception on the interaction between members and managers. Within the framework of the research a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted (N = 21). According to the results we can tell that the difference and the identification of the organizational culture perception influence the cooperation of the parties.
