Abstract

A kutatásunk során feltártuk a Buda Doboz Kft. jelenlegi berendezkedését az Ipar 4.0 adta lehetőségek szerint. Az első fejezetben bemutatjuk a témához kapcsolódó szakirodalmi fogalmakat: az Ipar 4.0 értelmezését, technológiáit, valamint kiemelten a mesterséges intelligenciát. Továbbá ismertetjük az alkalmazni kívánt stratégiai elemzési módszereket, és a fő munkafolyamatot. A második részben ismertetjük a Buda Doboz Kft. cégtörténetét és az ott zajló munkafolyamatokat. Ezt követően rátérünk a stratégiai elemzésekre, melyet két nagy fejezetre bontotunk a téma komplexitását szem előtt tartva, az első stratégiai topikban a makrokörnyezeti elemzés olvasható, a második fejezet pedig a mikrokörnyezeti elemzéseket tartalmazza. During our research we explored the current setup of Buda Doboz Kft. and the opportunities offered by Industry 4.0. In the first chapter, we introduce the literature concepts related to the topic: the understanding of Industry 4.0, its technologies and, in particular, artificial intelligence. We also describe the strategic analysis methods to be applied and the main workflow. In the second part, we describe the history of Buda Doboz Kft. and the workflows that are carried out there. We then turn to the strategic analysis, which is divided into two major chapters, keeping in mind the complexity of the topic, the first strategic topical section contains the macro-contextual analysis, while the second section covers the micro-contextual analysis.
